Starting Monday, 12/20, in accordance with Governor McKee’s latest Executive Order 21-89, Wave Federal Credit Union will require all members wear masks when visiting our branch locations.   Please remember, we have drive-up windows available at our branch locations.  We thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation.

Christmas Eve Hours – We will be closing at 2:00PM and reopening the following Monday, December 27th with normal business hours.  We wish your and your families a very happy holiday!

As per the State of RI and CDC, effective 5/19/21, Wave FCU will not require masks for those who are fully vaccinated.

Fully vaccinated means:
• Moderna/Pfizer - you have had both shots and it has been 14 days since your second shot
• Johnson & Johnson – it has been at least 14 days since your shot

This applies to anyone in our facilities, members, and staff.  If you are not fully vaccinated, please continue to wear a mask to keep yourself and our staff safe.

Beginning on Monday, March 1st 2021 our lobbies will be reopening.  We encourage you to continue to utilize the drive-ups and make appointments to see a member service representative to help keep everyone safe.  I want to thank everyone for your patience during these difficult times and let you know we are here to help you. 

To maintain everyone’s safety, some restrictions will apply:

  • If you are not feeling well or have been in contact with someone who has symptoms, we ask you to not come in the branch and stay home.
  • Masks will be required when entering the branch and a team member will be checking your identification upon entering.
  • A limited number of members will be allowed at each branch location and we will have markers and traffic flow arrows to maintain social distancing.
  • The Main Office will utilize the rear entrance only.

We encourage you to utilize our electronic services including ATMs, our free Wave Mobile App or online banking to view transactions, check balances, make payments, transfer money, deposit checks and more. New loans can also be applied for online.

In response to the elevated levels of COVID-19 in Rhode Island, the credit union will continue to limit branch access to appointment only until further notice.  Drive-Ups will continue to operate under our normal business hours.   We know these are stressful times and thank you for your cooperation.

IMPORTANT COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS) INFORMATION

We are open for business.  Per the statewide effort to slow the spread of COVID – 19, our lobby access will be limited to appointment only for everyone’s safety.  We know these are stressful times for everyone and we are here to help you.  The situation will be reevaluated when the state provides updated guidance.

We encourage you to utilize our electronic services including ATMs, and our free Wave Mobile App or online banking to view transactions, check balances, make payments, transfer money, deposit checks and more. New loans can be applied for online, by calling us or in person by appointment only. Teller transactions (*except for coin transactions) including Shared Branching can be conducted at the drive-up window.

*Coin transactions will have to be done in the lobby by appointment only.

If you would like to come in and conduct a member service transaction, loan application, IRA transaction or safe deposit access please contact your local branch in advance to make an appointment.  Important:  Face masks are required when conducting in person branch transactions.
